Identification methods lead to the permutations and manipulations of
this ephemeral fruit. Each specimen creates a different accretion of
images. Relationships evolve. The specimens grow and mutate.
Exhausted, compressed on paper the fungi release their essential
fluids. Topological marks layer an aesthetic terrain entangled with the
memory of my movements through the landscape.
